Fire & Light Begins Beginning with the heat of a single gaseous burst, the grinding, rolling swirl of collaborating minds produces a unique product, imitated by none. Scratchy guitar strings make the rhythm.

Valley of Whales Valley of the large Whales. Dry bones in a living sea of motion. Inspired by the Dead Sea Scrolls and imagining the final resting ground of whale bones. Sequential Circuits Pro One, a Kurzweil K2000, a cajon, a Yamaha U3 plus some other stuff make the tune.

Beckham’s Pele This piece was written for a presentation on Dale Chihuly who designed a glass lifetime achievement award for soccer legend Pele. David Beckham presented the award to Pele in a ceremony in 2008.

Wonderlander A muted piano tune. The hammers dancing along a slice of felt, which mutes the strings and causes unintended notes to sing, emulating a broken music box. Inspired by young twirling feet on old, creaky wooden floors.

Freedom Chase Originally inspired for glass blowing, after quiet dignified determination, slowly evolves into a piano riff that asks a hard question only to be denied the fruit of flavors, left to stray alone the dry sand beach.

The Wishing An epic journey into the mind of a garden freak who befriends an old ego that will not let go of the past. Slowly, the realization that all things must change overrides the desire to cling to false beliefs and failures. A Pro One visits this composition.

Road’s End The final moments, the road ends, a place where life eases on, dripping into a cool pond, while the warm summer sun sets behind pillow clouds draped about a dying blue sky. The urge to capture a fleeting thought as it escapes into the endless abyss of creativity.

Passing on the Inside Originally composed for an online infomercial, this song evolved into a much larger arrangement. a journey along the fringe between that which passes and that which emerges.

Mojave Transition Inspired by the vast space of the Mojave Desert. Utilizing a Sequential Circuits Pro One and a Kurzweil K2000, ambience and space replace the confines of urban sequestration.
